We were in search of a great burger and I found Corner Burger on Yelp. Corner Burger definitely satisfied our craving for a juicy, yummy burger. We ordered the Cowboy burger, cooked medium rare as requested. The burger was fresh and the patty looked as if it were half a pound. The bacon was crispy and the cheddar cheese was nicely melted over the patty. I made it a combo with fries and a drink. The fries were cooked and seasoned perfectly. In addition to ketchup. I was offered one of their special sauces for my fries. I chose chipotle mayo and it was creamy and delicious too. But what also made Corner Burger so special was a young lady named Eva. Corner Burger is a popular local spot so even in the mid afternoon, there was a line. But Eva. who was busy taking orders, getting payment, making specialty drinks. and delivering orders, would apologize and thank customers waiting in line. In addition, there was one lady who was busy preparing all the orders. She is an excellent cook as evident by the delicious food! Together, these two women are a wonderful team. Eva is a lovely, charming, and engaging young lady. In this day and time, it's so refreshing and heartwarming to have such excellent customer service and delicious food! I want to preference my review with saying that I don't eat beef a lot maybe once or twice a month and twice is pushing it. My sons (15 & 2) and I decided to try this place when my 15 yo requested burgers for dinner. We didn't want to eat at the typical fast food places or get a mediocre burger from the nearby burger spots. So after a few searches we found Corner Burger. I'm always down to try an unfamiliar place and I love small businesses as they still have a lot of quality in their work. So despite my limited beef intake, I was more than willing to try this place. We initially tried to place an order online, but that feature was not working. I tried to call but was on hold for a little less than 10 minutes before hanging up. I want to say that the long hold was annoying but I assumed they were busy with lots of customers and so we decided to drive over and wait. When I walked it, I was irritated to see that there wasn't a line of customers ordering, but that irritation quickly left when I noticed there were only two ladies working. At least that is all I could see. One was cooking, the other was helping cooking, taking orders, serving and keeping the place near and tidy. How could I even be mad at this hustle?? We ordered our food and it was ready at exactly the time I was told it would take. The cashier even suggested some dipping sauce to try and recommended the best for future breakfast orders. Now onto the food: I decided to get the kids combo cheeseburger for my 2 yo, my 15 yo got the #3 combo bacon cheeseburger and I got the #2 cheese burger combo. My 15 yo stated he liked the cheese burger, he just would order less lettuce next time and he just wishes the fries had more seasoning and were a bit crunchier. I agree with the fries. I just wish my burger had more seasoning, but I wanna say I ate the whole thing. I would also suggest lite lettuce on the kids burger. My toddler didn't really eat his burger, but he's not big on burgers either. He did take more bites than he normally does, so that's a plus for them. I would try the tenders for him next time. For the most part, these are modification we can request on our next visit, which I'm sure we'll have.

Found this fantastic place through an offer from groupon, and was not disappointed . The burgers were fresh no frozen/ processed patties,severed to your liking on a bun that's out of this world. The fries/onion ring were nice and crisp( the way I like'em). This gem equals the counter/habit in quality, and surpasses in $$$. Oh and the restaurant was CLEAN, and staff was friendly. I'd defiantly tell my friends. See you soon .

So I always go get my hair done at the hair salon next door. As I sit there I always see people come and go from Corner Burger. So finally I decided to try it. I love burgers but I haven't found one in the area that really satisfies me. I got the one that has blue cheese and a side of fries. I took it to go and since most burgers disappoint i only got 1 to share with my husband. As soon as I tasted it I regretted sharing with him . It was so flavorful and juicy!! The fries were good too! We both loved it! Now I know why this place always has a steady flow of people. The customer service was superb. Customer service that unfortunately I don't see at many places nowadays. The ambience is nice too. I would definitely order next time and eat at one of the tables they have set up outside.

I've always passed by this place for many years but never tried it until now. I'm glad I did. The food was amazing and best of all, excellent service! Noelia was the sweetest person and accommodated everything we needed. She was patient and helpful when we requested for things. She answered our questions with friendly responses. She brought the food out to us and even offered to give us items that may be useful to us. Overall great service from a small mom and pop restaurant. I highly recommend this place. The food was amazing! Nice small outdoor seating with umbrellas as well.

They "Cook to Order" meaning it's a fresh made burger that also can be done "Medium Rare" nice and juicy n' tender, as opposed to many places that does "Medium to Well Done" only, serving dried tough patties. The "double meat" second burger patty is only $3 more, which is a way better deal than the "Drink and Fries" upgrade meal combo, 'tho it's "free refills" on the soda. I'd do the extra patty, even if it's either to share with someone else or take home. This is in a nice part of Lawndale near the court house and library that's super awesome and easy to find parking. The service here was very friendly and it's also fast to eat, with indoor or outdoor seating options too.

Corner burger has an extensive breakfast, lunch and dinner menu. They also have shakes and desserts. They are located on the corner across from Lawndale city hall so they can get busy at lunch. There is plenty of street parking and a restroom. Seating is available inside and outside. We ordered breakfast burritos with bacon. They are too large for me so the leftovers were nice. Many customers call in their orders. The woman who took my order was friendly and helpful. This is a busy eatery so it is best if you are not in a hurry.

Browsing Yelp for a nearby burger place, I stumbled upon Cornet Burger and looked at their menu. It looked good and also the pictures I glanced at all were a good sign. When I got there around 3:45pm, Sunday afternoon, a few guests were sitting outside enjoying their meals, another good sign. When I ordered a nice girl, I believe her name was Monica, helped me with my order. She was very efficient and very nice. She was very detailed in taking the order and covered everything. How I wanted the burgers cooked, what type of cheese I wanted to ketchup, utensils, napkins. She was very very good. The taste of our burgers, cowboy and classic with bacon and cheese were excellent. The burgers cooked to perfection . The chili cheese fries were delicious. Definitely Corner Burger was an excellent choice.

Ambiance: The inside isn't dynamic, but it's cozy, straight to the point, decent amount of seating, and you can see straight into the kitchen. I opted to sit outside, which was nicely shaded on a fairly quiet street right across the street from a park. Service: They were so nice! They were a bit busy but continued to acknowledge me and brought my food outside when it was ready. Checking out was a breeze, and they even checked on me once I got my meal. Food: Solid burger, huge onion rings, and yummy fries, I love sauces, so I tried a few, all of which were delicious. I have no complaints and will definitely be back to try other things! For a small place, they did an amazing job with everything.
